Tech-death masters ORIGIN will start 2023 with a bang, as January will see the iconic group leave US shores for a co-headlining, month-long and much anticipated tour of the Old Continent. Side by side with MONSTROSITY, and with support from REJECT THE SICKNESS and INTREPID, Europe is in for a death metal treat January 6th through January 29th. See detailed dates for the "Monsters Of Death European Tour 2023" below.
After North American runs with Misery Index and Abysmal Dawn, ORIGIN will finally fly across the pond to give Europe their share of "Chaosmos" - the band's brand new album, released in June on Agonia Records (Europe) and Nuclear Blast Records (rest of the world).
The band had this to say on their first EU encounter since 2018: "Europe!!! It’s been almost 5 years since we have seen you, and we are happy to announce our triumphant return with Massive Music! This January, we give you the “MONSTERS OF DEATH EUROPEAN TOUR 2023.”
"We are proud to announce this co-headlining bill alongside our brethren, Florida death metal legends MONSTROSITY whom is celebrating 30 years of IMPERIAL DOOM! Rounding out the bill for us will be Belgium's REJECT THE SICKNESS and INTREPID from Estonia."
"Rrest assured This is just the start of 2023 and there will be much much more to come from ORIGIN! Where will we see you??"

ORIGIN rang in their 25th year on "Chaosmos": the same fury, brutality, and musical savvy that brought the long-standing outfit critical acclaim and a devout fanbase, returned with reinvigorated intensity, passion, and unabated skill. "The music of Origin is a fusion of order and disorder. It's viewed as a meaningless assemblage of infinite perspectives," posits guitarist/vocalist Paul Ryan with cosmic import. Aside from Ryan, founding member, the band consists of Mike Flores (bass/backing vocals), John Longstreth (drums) and Jason Keyser (lead vocals) - undeterred by unprecedented roadblocks and global uncertainty as they push forward! "Chaosmos" is their third album with this line-up. You can find more about this release here.
